Med spa website design

Elimenti designs custom websites for med spas in Hinsdale, Oak Brook and the western suburbs of Chicago. Each site is built around your treatments, your providers and your booking system, and custom-coded so it loads fast on the phone your patients book from.

What a med spa website needs to do

  • A page for every treatment. Someone searching for lip filler in Hinsdale should land on a lip filler page, not a list of services. Each page covers what the treatment is, who it suits, who performs it, recovery and a starting price.
  • Booking one tap away. A Book button in the header and on every treatment page that goes straight to your Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro or Mindbody booking page.
  • The medical side, stated plainly. Your medical director, your injectors and their credentials, easy to find. A careful patient checks that first.
  • Results shown with consent. Before-and-after photos only from patients who agreed in writing, placed on the treatment page they belong to.
  • An answer to "what does it cost?" Starting prices, per-unit pricing for injectables or membership tiers. Whatever your model, the site should answer the money question before the consultation does.
  • Your space, not stock photos. Real photos of your rooms and your team, so the site feels like walking in the door.

What the Solenne concept shows

Solenne is a working three-page site, not a mockup. The treatment menu lists every service with a starting price and links each one to its own page. The neuromodulator page shows the full structure: what it treats, how long it lasts, who injects, recovery and cost. Its results section stays empty until consent is on file. Every Book button points to one place, the clinic's booking system.

Our work so far

Our client work is in retail, automotive, construction and art: Burdi Clothing in Hinsdale, ABN Construction Group in Glen Ellyn, 1 of 1 Car Club and Aamineez Art. What carries over to a med spa site is how we work: custom code, copy we write ourselves and pages built to turn a visit into a booking. See the work →

What it costs

Projects start at $3,000. Most land between $3,500 and $4,500. A long treatment menu sits toward the top of that range, or above it, because every treatment gets its own page. Every project is scoped individually, and the price is in your written proposal before any work starts.

After launch, Site Care keeps prices, providers and treatments current, at $175 a month or $85 an hour. What a website costs in the western suburbs →

Questions med spa owners ask

How much does a website for a med spa cost?

A custom Elimenti website for a med spa starts at $3,000, and most projects land between $3,500 and $4,500. The biggest factor is how many treatment pages you need. Copywriting, a basic SEO setup and up to three rounds of revisions are included. You get a written proposal with the exact price before any work starts.

Can you connect my booking system?

Yes. If you book through Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mindbody or a similar platform, every Book button on the site goes to your online booking page, or we embed the booking widget your platform provides. Your schedule, deposits and intake forms stay in that system. We don't build booking software or store patient data on the website.

Will you write the treatment pages?

Yes. Copywriting is included, and we write every treatment page from a conversation with you and your providers. Your medical director reviews each one for accuracy before launch. We describe what a treatment does, who it suits, recovery and cost in plain language, and we don't write claims you can't stand behind, like guaranteed results.

Can I show before and after photos?

Yes, as long as each patient has given written consent for their photos to be used in marketing. We place each photo set on the treatment page it belongs to, labeled with the treatment, and note that results vary. If you don't have consented photos yet, the site launches without a gallery and we add one later through Site Care.

Should my med spa list prices on its website?

Usually yes, at least as starting prices. People comparing med spas want to know a treatment fits their budget before they book a consultation. A from-price per treatment, or a per-unit price for injectables, answers that without locking you in. If you only price at consultation, the site should say so and say what the consultation costs.

Can I update specials and prices myself?

No. Elimenti sites are custom-coded, so there's no dashboard to log into, which is part of why they stay fast and don't break. Changes go through Site Care and are done within five business days, at $175 a month or $85 an hour. Specials that change every week are better run through your booking platform, linked from the site.

Where we work

Elimenti is based in Hinsdale and Oak Brook. We build for med spas across the western suburbs: Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, Western Springs, Clarendon Hills, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn and Naperville. Projects run remotely, so a clinic in Naperville gets the same process as one down the street.
