Process
Four phases
You approve each phase before the next one starts. Nothing is ordered until you've signed off on the design.

One
Consultation
We walk the house with you, measure the rooms in question and talk through how you use them. $350, credited to your design fee.
90 minutes

Two
Design
Floor plans, elevations, materials and every piece of furniture, presented together so you see the rooms whole. One round of revisions is included.
6 to 10 weeks

Three
Procurement
We place every order, track it, inspect it on arrival and store it until install. Custom upholstery sets the pace.
10 to 16 weeks

Four
Installation
Our team delivers, places, styles and hangs everything. We take the boxes with us.

Investment
What it costs
Design is a flat fee, set in your proposal after the consultation, based on the number of rooms and the scope of work.
Furnishings are billed at our trade price plus a fixed percentage, itemized on every invoice.
Most full-service projects begin at $150,000 including furnishings. Single rooms begin at $40,000. If that's not where you are yet, say so in the form. We may be able to suggest a smaller first phase.
